The standard

RANK YOU CAN
TAKE ANYWHERE.

Belts issued to the standards of Kukkiwon and the IBJJF, the two bodies that govern these arts worldwide. The classes go in, the time at grade is served, the standard is met on the day. Nobody here is promoted early.

For any child 5 to 12 · no uniform, no belt

MANNERS.

Manners are a skill. We train them like any other. Eight Saturdays, one law a week, drilled on their feet and carried home. The coin at the end, carried in a pocket, never worn.

The first fourteen days · nothing renews

FOURTEEN DAYS.

Everyone who walks in begins the same way: fourteen days of any class on the schedule and the master’s placement at the end of it. One fee. Nothing renews.

Every black belt started white.

EVERYONE GETS THE DOOR. NOT EVERYONE GETS THE SPOT.

One master. Three black belts. Three championship teams and 480 gold medals, national and international. Begin with fourteen days of any class. The master looks for something special in you, or something you truly need in your life. Come and find out.

The first fourteen days

FOURTEEN DAYS. THEN THE YEAR.

Everyone who walks in begins the same way. Fourteen days of any class on the schedule and the master’s placement at the end of it. One fee, paid once. Nothing renews.

The fourteen days count from the first class. For someone else: their name at checkout. Sent by a student: their code at checkout puts a month on both years.

THEN YOUR PACE.

Five paces for the year, from one class a week to everything on the schedule. The master sets the year on the mat at the end of the fourteen days — by who is training, how often, and whether it is settled up front.
