Women’s Bootcamp at Hou Man Do
WHAT YOU ARE WALKING INTO.
THE HOUR
Warm-up, a strength block with real weight, a conditioning block on the bags and pads, and ten minutes of self-defense that works against someone heavier than you. Sixty minutes. You leave wrung out.
THE ROOM
Women only, every session. No mirrors to perform for, no one to impress. The coach corrects your form the way he corrects a pro athlete’s, because that is his job the rest of the week.
WHERE IT LEADS
Some stay in the bootcamp for years. Some move into Muay Thai or Jiu-Jitsu with the fundamentals already in their hands. Either is the point.
When
WOMEN’S BOOTCAMP ON THE SCHEDULE.
| Day | Classes |
|---|---|

The first fourteen days
FOURTEEN DAYS. THEN THE YEAR.
Everyone who walks in begins the same way: fourteen days of any class on the schedule and the master’s placement at the end of it. Kids $49. Teens and adults $69. One fee, paid once. Nothing renews.
Questions
I have never lifted or trained. Is this for me?
Yes. Every movement is scaled to the woman doing it. The first fourteen days exist so you can find out.
Is it really women only?
Every session, without exception. The coach is Master Houman Bidarmaghz; the room is yours.
What should I bring?
Trainers, water, and clothes you can move in. Gloves are provided for the first two weeks.
